Rachel Rathgeb is a recent graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She has completed her Associate’s Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in May 2015 and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in the P4 program in May of 2017. Rachel has recently completed a pastry arts program as of November 2016 at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux, France.
